Every item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, orders require production time before they are shipped.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days before shipping.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Multiple Items

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are produced or shipped from different facilities. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

SOREN is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at brentwiltz@yahoo.com
