Every SOREN piece is made specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because each item is produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and color selections before completing your purchase.

If There's a Problem

While we do not accept standard returns, we absolutely stand behind every order.

If your order arrives with any of the following:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing or embroidery errors
  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged during production or shipment

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

We'll review the issue and work quickly to make it right.
